We want you to pay for ABG Dashboard only when it is useful to you. This policy explains how trials, cancellations and refunds work.
Free trial
Every new workspace starts with a 14-day free trial. No card is needed, and nothing is charged when the trial ends: the dashboard simply closes until you choose a plan.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time; the plan stops renewing and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Refunds
- If you are not satisfied, ask for a refund within 14 days of a payment and we refund that payment in full.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, they can take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
- Payments older than 14 days are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

Email support@abgcommerce.com from the address you use to sign in, with your workspace name. We answer within two business days.
